8th April 2025: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, on a three-day visit to Delhi for an investor conference, toured the HCL Tech campus in Noida’s Sector 126. During his visit, he held discussions with senior HCL officials about expanding their presence in Odisha. The talks were positive, with HCL showing interest in setting up a campus and university in the state.

CM Majhi also invited HCL executives to visit the Jagannath Temple in Puri. After the tour, he and Industry Minister Sempad Swain planted trees at the campus, further emphasizing Odisha’s commitment to growth and sustainability.
