Jeypore, May 27: The management of Vidwan Junior College, located in Jeypore of Koraput district, felicitated 12 outstanding students who secured more than 90% marks in the Plus Two Science Examination this year.
During a special programme organized on the college campus, the meritorious students were honoured with bouquets, gifts, and sweets. According to the college authorities, these students achieved exceptional results in the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) examination.
Chairman of the College Management Committee, Rashmi Ranjan Pattnaik, informed that the event was organized because Vidwan Junior College produced the highest number of students—12 in total—from the undivided Koraput region who scored above 90% in the Plus Two Science examination this year.

- Anshuman Panda from Borigumma
- Shubhankar Guntia from Jeypore
- Pradeep Kumar Mali from Malkangiri
- Uditanku Pradhan from Kotpad
- Sai Karan Sahu from Damanjodi
- Shubham Sahu from Borigumma
- Tanisha Tanushree from Jeypore town
- Shubham Kumar Sahu from Kaligaon village in Jeypore block
- Madhuri Sahu from Jeypore
On this occasion, Management Committee Chairman Rashmi Ranjan Pattnaik, senior faculty member Rajesh Ray, Samit Kumar Mahapatra, Rajmalaya Amit Kumar, K. Jagannath, Kishore Kumar Sahu, Jyotsna Patra, and several parents of the students were present.
