Malkangiri, July 10 [UDN}: To strengthen the district’s infrastructure and accelerate various developmental activities, the District Collector of Malkangiri, Shri Prathamesh Arvind Rajeshirke, visited several important locations across the district for inspection and review.
Under the directions of the District Collector, the district administration has prioritized education and employment generation and initiated several important measures:
A plan has been prepared to establish a modern coaching centre in the District Library to support students preparing for competitive examinations.
A proposal has been made to set up a garment manufacturing centre in the vacant building of the Women’s Hostel, which is expected to create employment opportunities,c especially for women and local youth.
The District Collector reviewed the renovation and academic improvement of the B.Ed College to enhance the quality of teacher education in the district.
These initiatives are expected to strengthen educational facilities, improve skill development opportunities, and contribute to the overall socio-economic growth of Malkangiri district.
