Koraput , June 2: A review meeting regarding Health and Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) was held under the chairmanship of the Koraput District Collector.
During the meeting, various welfare and healthcare programmes being implemented in the district were reviewed in detail. The progress of maternal and child health services, nutrition programmes, immunization, and Anganwadi-related activities was discussed.
The District Collector emphasized the need for effective coordination among departments to ensure better healthcare facilities and nutrition support for women and children. Officials were instructed to strengthen service delivery at the grassroots level and ensure timely implementation of government schemes.
The meeting was attended by officials from the Health Department, Women & Child Development Department, and other concerned departments.
