Bhubaneswar, April. 24: Aparajita Sarangi has written a letter to the Chief Minister requesting a reconsideration of the Bhubaneswar Metro Rail Project implementation.
She stated that the project will contribute significantly towards achieving the goal of a developed Odisha.
The decision to halt the project has hurt public sentiment, she emphasized.
According to her, the metro system would benefit senior citizens, women, students, and business communities.
She also recalled that the project was originally announced after she had written to the then Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik in 2022.
