Bhubaneswar, Oct 8 [UDN}:Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has announced cash rewards for the Indian women’s hockey team following its historic gold-medal victory at the Asian Games.
₹11 lakh cash reward for each player of the gold-winning women’s hockey team.
₹5.5 lakh reward for each coach and support staff member.
The women’s hockey team ended a 44-year wait by winning the Asian Games gold medal.
