Bhubaneswar, June 13: The Chief Minister Kamadhenu Scheme (Mukhyamantri Kamadhenu Yojana) is a landmark and progressive initiative launched by the Government of Odisha to strengthen the livestock and dairy sector, enhance rural livelihoods, and empower cattle rearers across the state.
