Preparations Begin as Letter Issued for Odisha Revenue Association Triennial Meet in Koraput district

Jeypore, April. 24:  A meeting of the Koraput district branch of the Odisha Revenue Association was held at Jeypore Yubalaya Bhavan. During the meeting, members expressed dissatisfaction over the non-fulfilment of their demands at the district level, stating that employees are under mental stress. They also alleged that the state association has not paid adequate attention to their issues and is instead focused on its own interests.
Despite repeatedly drawing the attention of the state association, no results have been achieved, members said. Shashibhushan Dash, Additional General Secretary, has demanded that the triennial conference of the association be held in Koraput district.
Members strongly condemned the action taken by the state association against him and decided to protest firmly. They argued that since Shashibhushan Dash has been recognized by the Home Department as Additional General Secretary, the state association has no authority to take action against him.

Participants criticized the arbitrary functioning and aggressive attitude of the state leadership and expressed that protests may be organized across different districts.
