Puri, July 5 {UDN}: The Odisha Police has completed all preparations to ensure the smooth and secure conduct of the Rath Yatra festival. Around 12,000 police personnel, including 200 platoons of police force, will be deployed across Puri and other key locations to maintain law and order.
Extensive security arrangements have been put in place, including CCTV surveillance, drone monitoring, traffic management, and crowd-control measures. Senior police officers will supervise operations on the ground to ensure a swift response to any emergency. Devotees are advised to cooperate with security personnel and follow official guidelines for a safe and peaceful Rath Yatra celebration.
