Bhubaneswar, Sept 4 [UDN}: The long-standing demand for granting university status to Shailabala has once again become a prominent issue, with renewed calls from various sections for the institution to be accorded recognition and elevated to the status of a university. Supporters of the demand have reiterated that such recognition would not only honour the institution’s contribution to the field of education but would also create greater opportunities for students and strengthen higher education in the region.
The renewed demand has once again brought the issue into focus, with stakeholders urging the concerned authorities to take appropriate steps and give serious consideration to granting Shailabala university status.
