Dabugaon, May 22: In Dabugaon block of Nabarangpur district, various developmental demands were raised when BJP district youth president Shubhajit Panigrahi met Nabarangpur MLA Gaurishankar Majhi on Sunday and submitted a memorandum.
The memorandum includes demands such as installation of solar street lights from the Angi River on the main road of Dabugaon up to the Adarsha Vidyalaya, construction of a community hall at the cremation ground along with solar lighting arrangements, construction of a rest house, and renovation of the existing pond at the agricultural farm in Dabugaon.
The memorandum also mentions the need for various development works in the block. It further includes demands for the construction of a teachers’ building for training programs, syllabus discussions, project work preparation, and other academic activities.
It has been stated in the memorandum that these demands should be fulfilled in a phased and timely manner. The MLA and district planning committee members have assured that necessary steps will be taken to address these demands.
