Subhadra Scheme Application Portal to Reopen from April 1, Eligible Women Can Apply Anew for Benefits

Bhubaneswar: Oct 5 [UDN}:The Odisha Government has announced that the Subhadra portal will reopen from April 1, allowing eligible women beneficiaries who have not yet applied for the scheme to submit their applications again.

According to Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida, women who meet the eligibility criteria, including those who have attained the age of 21 years, will be able to apply through the portal once it becomes operational.

The reopening of the portal is expected to provide another opportunity to eligible beneficiaries who were unable to complete the application process earlier or have newly become eligible after attaining the required age.

The Deputy Chief Minister stated that around 1.03 crore women have already received benefits under the Subhadra scheme so far. The government is continuing the process of extending the scheme’s benefits to eligible women across Odisha.
