Authorities Review Plans for Lord Jagannath’s Snana Yatra and Anasara in High-Level Meeting at Sadbhavana Conference Hall

Puri:June 13:   In view of this year’s Snana Yatra of Lord Jagannath and the Anasara (period when the deities remain out of public view after the ceremonial bath), a preparatory meeting was held today at the Sadbhavana Conference Hall under the chairmanship of the District Collector to ensure smooth management of darshan arrangements at Alarnath Temple in Brahmagiri.

The meeting was attended by the Superintendent of Police (SP), Puri, the Commissioner of the Puri Municipal Corporation, members of the Shree Jagannath Temple Management Committee, the Administrators of Rituals and Development, senior administrative officers, and district-level officials from various departments. Discussions focused on ensuring the safety, convenience, and smooth darshan arrangements for devotees during the festival period.
