The project received formal approval during the BDA Council meeting held last Saturday. Officials said applications for apartment bookings will remain open until the end of August, while a dedicated Price Estimation Committee has been constituted to finalise the pricing of the residential units.
704 Apartments Planned Across Three Towers
Envisioned as a modern residential township, Ekamra Residency will feature 704 apartments across three high-rise towers. The housing complex will include 416 two-bedroom (2BHK) and 288 three-bedroom (3BHK) units, catering primarily to middle-income homebuyers.
The project is designed to combine affordability with contemporary living standards by offering amenities typically associated with premium private residential developments.
Modern Lifestyle Amenities
Residents of Ekamra Residency will have access to a range of lifestyle facilities, including a rooftop swimming pool, landscaped green spaces, and other recreational and community amenities. The BDA aims to provide a quality living environment while ensuring the project remains accessible to a wider section of homebuyers.
Pricing to Be Finalised Soon
To streamline the allotment process, the BDA has formed a Price Estimation Committee, which will determine the final prices of the apartments. Officials said the flats will be handed over to successful allottees after obtaining the necessary partial statutory clearances.
The authority believes the project will help address Bhubaneswar’s growing demand for quality housing by offering well-equipped homes at competitive prices, making modern urban living more affordable for middle-income families.
