Bhubaneswar, 1st April: The 12th edition of Bhubaneswar Runway Week, organized by Addiction Fashion Management and curated by John Ajay, showcased a spectacular fusion of fashion, art, and cultural heritage. The event featured 12 renowned designers who presented a unique mix of traditional textiles and contemporary designs.
Highlights included Mauhit Kumar Sachdeva’s sophisticated evening gowns and cocktail dresses, and Arpita Samal’s graceful summer wedding dresses and toddler outfits. NIF Global Bhubaneswar impressed with its striking metallic fabrics and structured designs, while Irani Mitra presented royal bridal collections in a monochrome palette.
Other remarkable collections included Arvind Ampulla’s traditional Indian weaves, Ekta Akhouri’s intricate handloom silks, and Parul Khaitan’s vibrant, contemporary designs. The event concluded with stunning bridal wear by Duhita Mandana, showcasing a seamless blend of heritage and modern fashion on the runway.
