Ghatgaon, July 30 UDN}: A joint public grievance hearing was organised by the Ghatgaon district administration to provide local residents with an opportunity to directly present their complaints, problems, and various demands before the concerned administrative authorities. During the hearing, members of the public from different areas appeared before the officials and submitted their grievances related to various issues concerning public welfare, basic amenities, government services, infrastructure, and the implementation of different government schemes.
The administrative officials patiently listened to the grievances and concerns raised by the people and assured them that their complaints would be examined carefully and appropriate steps would be taken at the earliest. The concerned departments were also directed to look into the issues falling under their respective jurisdictions and take necessary action in accordance with government rules and regulations.
The joint grievance hearing was aimed at strengthening direct communication between the administration and the public and ensuring that genuine public complaints are addressed in a timely, transparent, and effective manner.
