Bhubaneswar, Oct 12 [UDN}:Sharadiya Durga Puja: CCTV Cameras Made Mandatory at Puja Mandaps, Foot Patrols and Mobile Patrolling to Be Intensified
Authorities have announced enhanced security measures for the upcoming Sharadiya Durga Puja celebrations, making the installation of CCTV cameras mandatory at Puja mandaps. Foot patrolling and mobile patrolling will also be intensified to strengthen security, maintain law and order, prevent untoward incidents, and ensure the safety of devotees and visitors during the festive season.
The measures aim to ensure peaceful and orderly celebrations, with increased surveillance and regular police patrols in and around Puja pandals and crowded areas.
