Bhubaneswar, March 21: Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati urged Odisha Taxation and Accounts Services (OT&AS) probationers to prioritize promptness, transparency, and accountability in their roles. During a meeting with 39 probationers from the Madhusudan Das Regional Academy of Financial Management (MDRAFM), he highlighted the significance of tax revenue in government funding and the officers’ vital role in resource mobilization for public welfare.
Kambhampati stressed the importance of timely audits and effective financial management, particularly in public sector enterprises. He encouraged the probationers to maintain integrity in their work and wished them success in their future careers. Principal Secretary to the Governor, NBS Rajput, was also present at the event.
