Key discussions included regular vehicle inspections, strict adherence to traffic rules, monitoring driver behavior, and ensuring safety standards. Training programs for drivers and staff on safe driving, emergency handling, and customer service were also highlighted.
The meeting emphasized using technology, including GPS tracking, real-time monitoring, and digital ticketing, to improve service efficiency and passenger safety.
