Patrapur , Sept 9 [UDN}:In Patrapur, the lack of a completed school building has created serious difficulties for students. As construction of the new school building is still unfinished, as many as 226 students are being forced to attend classes by sitting on the verandah (pinda) of a service centre.
The situation has raised concerns among students, parents and local residents, who say that children are being deprived of a proper and safe learning environment. Instead of studying in classrooms equipped with basic facilities, the students have had to make use of the limited space available at the service centre.
The incomplete construction has reportedly disrupted regular academic activities and created inconvenience for both students and teachers. Parents are particularly worried about the condition, pointing out that a proper school building is essential for ensuring a comfortable and secure atmosphere for children to study.
Local residents have urged the concerned authorities to complete the construction work at the earliest and ensure that the 226 students get access to proper classrooms and basic educational facilities. They have also called for immediate action so that the students’ education does not continue to suffer because of the delay in completing the building.
