Bhubaneswar, Aug 4 [UDN}: President of India will undertake a three-day visit to Odisha from tomorrow, August 3, to August 5. During the visit, the President will inaugurate the newly established Jagadguru Kripalu University in Cuttack on the first day of the tour.
As part of the Odisha visit, the President will also undertake a special train journey from Bhubaneswar to Berhampur on August 4. The journey is expected to highlight the importance of railway connectivity and provide an opportunity to interact with people along the route.
During the visit to Ganjam district, the President will visit the historic Maa Kandhuni Devi Temple at Taptapani and offer prayers. The President will also visit a Shiva temple in the area and participate in the rituals, including the ceremonial Aarti.
The three-day Odisha tour will include several official and spiritual engagements across Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, and Ganjam districts. The administration has made elaborate security and logistical arrangements for the President’s visit.
