Bhubaneswar: Oct 16 [UDN}:In a significant administrative development in Odisha, Trilochan Mohanty, who was serving as Joint Secretary to Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director of the Regional Institute of Training (ROTI) in Bhubaneswar.
The sudden transfer has triggered discussions among the public, with questions being raised about the reasons behind the move.
