24th March 2025: President Draupadi Murmu is set to begin her two-day visit to Odisha on Monday. Arriving in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, via an Air Force plane, she will then travel to Bhubaneswar by helicopter, landing at Biju Patnaik International Airport at 1:30 PM. From there, she will visit the Nilamadhab Temple in Nayagarh to offer her prayers.
In the afternoon, at 3:35 PM, President Murmu will attend the foundation ceremony of the Bharatiya Vishwa Abhivyakti Foundation in Kaliaapalli, Nayagarh, as the chief guest. Afterward, she will return to Bhubaneswar in the evening.
On Tuesday, March 25, the President will depart for New Delhi in the morning. Extensive security arrangements have been made for her visit, with traffic management and additional security forces in place along her route, including three DCPs, three additional DCPs, 14 DSPs, 28 inspectors, and 12 platoons of forces.
Rehearsals for the convoy and route arrangements were conducted at the Biju Patnaik Airport and Raj Bhavan on Sunday to ensure smooth execution of the visit.
