Bhubaneswar:July 21 [UDN}: Odisha Chief Minister will conduct a public grievance hearing on Monday, July 27, providing an opportunity for citizens to directly present their complaints, concerns, and various issues before the Chief Minister. Members of the public will be able to bring forward matters related to government services, administrative issues, welfare schemes, development works, and other difficulties they may be facing.
The grievance hearing is expected to serve as an important platform for citizens to communicate their problems directly to the state government and seek timely intervention and resolution. The concerned departments and officials may also be directed to examine the complaints received during the hearing and take appropriate action at the earliest.
The initiative is aimed at strengthening direct communication between the government and the people and ensuring that public grievances are addressed effectively through a responsive and citizen-centric administrative system.
