Rain Activity Set to Intensify as Two Cyclonic Circulations and a Low-Pressure Area Are Forecast Between June 25 and 29

Bhubaneswar,June 26 {UDN}:  Two cyclonic circulations are expected to form between June 25 and June 29, which may lead to an increase in rainfall activity across the state. According to weather forecasts, a cyclonic circulation is likely to develop around June 25 or 26 over the south Odisha and north Andhra Pradesh coastal region. Under its influence, south Odisha is expected to receive rainfall from June 25 to June 27.

Another cyclonic circulation is likely to form around June 28 or 29, further enhancing rainfall over several parts of the region. In addition, a low-pressure area is expected to develop between July 2 and July 4 during the first week of July, which could bring more widespread rainfall.

The weather system is expected to strengthen monsoon conditions and improve rainfall distribution across Odisha in the coming days.
