Sharecroppers Receive Major Boost as Government Introduces New Measures for Paddy Procurement Registration

Bhubaneswar, Aug 12 [UDN}:  A special app is being developed for paddy procurement registration.
The Odisha government is taking a major step to make sharecropper registration easier.
Sharecroppers will be able to register their paddy even if the landowner is not present.
The deadline for paddy procurement registration is August 31.
The registration deadline may be extended if necessary.
Farmers can register even without an AgriStack ID.
More than 5,000 farmers have already completed registration.
