Thirty-Three Residents Receive House Site Land Titles in Special Distribution Program Aimed at Strengthening Land Ownership and Social Security

Nandapur, June 11:  The Nandapur Tahasil administration in Koraput district distributed house-site land title deeds to 33 families of Sariaput village under Nandapur Panchayat and mouza at the tahasil office premises on Thursday.

Among those present were local Tahasildar Debabrata Maharana, Additional Tahasildar Madhab Pangi, Supervisor Somanath Muduli, and Revenue Inspector Madhusudan Khemundu.
Although the families had been residing in the village for many years, they did not possess legal land ownership documents for their homesteads. Under the government’s “Mo Ghara Dihi” scheme, each family was provided with a house-site land title covering four cents of land, informed Tahasildar Maharana.

Beneficiaries including Kamal Lochan Khemundu, Saita Majhi, Lakshman Gulel, Dambaru Dora, Madhusudan Hantal, and Trinath Khara expressed happiness after receiving the land titles.
