Baliguda, July 15 [UDN}:: An Urban Public Relations and Citizen Participation Programme was organized at the Baliguda Town Hall by the Baliguda Notified Area Council (NAC) in Kandhamal district. The event was held under the chairmanship of Executive Officer Vivekananda Dalai.
On this occasion, Urban PD Prabin Kumar Banua attended as the chief guest and informed the gathering about various welfare schemes being implemented by the government through his address.
During the programme, more than 100 beneficiaries who were newly included under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme were provided with Ayushman Cards.
Additionally, financial assistance was distributed to 14 beneficiaries under the disability pension scheme and three unmarried women beneficiaries under the relevant welfare schemes.
Among others present at the event were Baliguda NAC Chairman Gobinda Pradhan, MP representative Adikanda Pattanayak, and Councillor Alok Nayak, along with several other dignitaries and public representatives.
