11th Kalinga Literary Festival to Be Held in Bhubaneswar in March 2025

18th March 2025: The 11th Kalinga Literary Festival (KLF) will take place from March 21 to 23, 2025, at three venues in Bhubaneswar: Mayfair Lagoon, Guru Kelu Charan Mohapatra Odissi Research Centre, and Utkal Mandap. The festival will feature over 400 writers, intellectuals, and cultural leaders from across the globe, representing over 25 languages.

Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati will attend as the chief guest, with other dignitaries like Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and Indonesian Ambassador Ina Hagniningtyas Krisnamurthi also present.

The event will honor literary figures with the Kalinga Literary Awards, including Mamata Kalia, Jatindra Kumar Nayak, Buddhisagar, and others. KLF aims to celebrate literary and artistic heritage while fostering global dialogue.
