Bhadrak ,Aug 7 [UDN}: Ahead of the 72nd State-Level Junior Athletics Meet, scheduled to be held at Rairangpur in Mayurbhanj district from August 7 to 9, the District Collector of Bhadrak extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the 16-member Bhadrak district team.
