Kotia, Koraput – The sacred festival of Rath Yatra was celebrated with great enthusiasm and spiritual fervor in Kotia, a culturally rich region of Odisha’s Koraput district. Devotees from across the area gathered in large numbers to witness and participate in the divine chariot procession of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Devi Subhadra.

The festival was marked by the presence of several prominent leaders and dignitaries. Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo, Minister Suresh Pujari, MLAs Bibhuti Bhushan Jena, Nityananda Gand, and Gokulananda Mallik, along with other distinguished public figures, participated in pulling the chariots, seeking the blessings of Mahaprabhu.

The event also witnessed the active participation of the Koraput District Collector and senior government officials, who ensured smooth coordination and management of the grand procession.
