19th June 2025: Odisha Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi reaffirmed the state government’s unwavering commitment to the economic empowerment of farmers while addressing the ‘Krushak Shakti Samabesh’ held at Patharchepa, Balangir.

He emphasized that agriculture and allied sectors are central to the state’s vision of a developed Odisha. “Our government is dedicated to supporting our farmer brothers and sisters with advanced technology and resources to strengthen their livelihoods,” the Chief Minister stated.
Highlighting the importance of farmers in shaping the future of the state, Shri Majhi noted that farmer welfare initiatives taken by the government have not only increased agricultural income but also opened a new chapter in Odisha’s rural development.
The state continues to invest in sustainable and inclusive growth in agriculture, ensuring that farmers are not left behind in the journey toward a prosperous and self-reliant Odisha.
