26th March 2025: Odisha has seen rainfall in recent days due to Kalbaishakhi, causing temperatures to drop. However, from Tuesday, the weather has started to improve, and temperatures are expected to rise by 2 to 6 degrees Celsius over the next four days. Night temperatures may also increase by 2 to 3 degrees.
A heatwave warning has been issued for Bolangir, Kalahandi, Sambalpur, and Subarnapur on the 29th and 30th of this month.
On Tuesday, light to moderate rainfall was recorded in several areas including Chandbali, Gopalpur, Puri, Bolangir, and Jagatsinghpur. Angul recorded the lowest night temperature at 18°C, while Baudha reached a high of 38°C during the day.
